Bought as a gift for someone. Recipient very pleased. I was disappointed no screws included with keyrack which would have finished it off. Very easy website to use and order arrived very promptly. Package was well wrapped. Thank you.

All excellent except the item did not come with any black screws to fix it - such a shame to spoil something very good by not finishing the service off properly and therefore it is still on the side unused!
