NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY
Next working day orders must be received before 11am (Monday to Friday) to be processed the same day for delivery next working day (ie Monday to Friday) by DHL courier. Orders placed on Fridays before 11am will be delivered on the following Monday unless Saturday delivery has been specifically selected. If you have any particular requirements regarding next day delivery please call us direct on 01235 770266 and we will do our best to help.
Please note that next working day deliveries are on a Monday to Friday basis. The following non-mainland UK locations will be charged extra for next working day deliveries: AB31-38, AB40-56, IV1-2, IV30-32, IV36-40, IV41-49, IV52-54, IV51,55,56, IV63, KA27,28, KW1-17, PA20-38, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH1, PH5-44 PH49-50, HS, ZE, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland.
*Some post codes may incur excess shipping charges for heavier items and we reserve the right to request this from our customers before shipment. Should you decide you do not want to incur this additional cost, you may cancel your order with no costs being incurred.
All items are carefully packed and protected before being sent out. If you would like your item to be gift wrapped we offer a gift wrapping service on selected items to make your gift more special. Simply select gift wrapping before adding the item to your basket.
WHEN YOUR ITEM ARRIVES
If we cannot deliver your order within the specified period, we shall make every effort to contact you and inform you of the expected delivery time for your order. If we cannot agree a delivery time with you, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund.
IF YOUR ITEM IS RETURNED TO US
If your parcel is returned to us for reasons of incorrect address, not called for at the depot etc, we will still be charged for the postage and also for the return postage, so we will refund you for the cost of your order minus these amounts.
Please note we have temporarily suspended all orders to Europe due to the current Covid travel restrictions and Brexit regulations. We have also temporarily suspended worldwide shipping.
