Coronavirus Update

Dear Customers,

As the coronavirus continues to have an impact, we wanted to reassure you here at Country & Home that we are continuing to process orders and provide customer support albeit with reduced manpower.

Although orders are still being sent out on time from Country & Home,  (ie the same day if placed before 2pm), Royal Mail are experiencing disruptions and have backlogs at some distribution centres which are struggling to cope under the current large volume of online orders.  So we ask that you please be patient with the delivery of your parcel.  These are unusual times and Royal Mail, and our couriers, are working under great pressure.  Some areas are worse affected than others and we have no control over this.  We thank Royal Mail and DHL couriers for their continued support which enables us to stay open.  

We are not currently processing international orders outside of the EU until further notice due to restrictions in other countries and the global travel constraints.    There are significant delays to a number of countries due to a lack of available transport links and suspension of some country's postal operations.    

Otherwise, for the moment,  we are maintaining business as usual!  We promise to keep you updated with any changes.
