I placed my first order with you. Unfortunately one of the items was broken during shipping. My email was replied to within the hour, and a replacement product sent out straight away. The elderflower cocoa butter is beautifully presented and also smells lovely. It’s fabulous as a moisturiser for very dry skin I received a pot as a Christmas present and was so disappointed to run out that I’ve bought it again twice over already ❤️
