I ordered two items. I received a parcel and the delivery note stated both items were included, but one (the lapel pin) was missing. I tried to call customer services, but, as it was the 27th December, I assume they were closed. I left a voicemail but never heard back. I emailed at the same time as calling, no reply. I chased up the email on the 2nd January, still no reply. I will try again on the 6th, after the weekend in case they have been closed but, I would have thought they would have had an automated email response if they were closed!! Appalling service!

A beautiful piece, very well made, easy to assemble and fit. The delivery was speedier than we expected. The paint finish looks as though it will last for years. It’s a shame our garden only needs one!!
