This Weathervane Extension Bracket is perfect for when there is an overhang or gable end on your building.
The bracket will connect from the base of the fixed bracket on the weathervane to your wall, in a range of sizes that covers 4" (10cm) to 12" (30cm).

Does the job. Could be improved by providing a means to adjust the verticality easily.
