I ordered two items. I received a parcel and the delivery note stated both items were included, but one (the lapel pin) was missing. I tried to call customer services, but, as it was the 27th December, I assume they were closed. I left a voicemail but never heard back. I emailed at the same time as calling, no reply. I chased up the email on the 2nd January, still no reply. I will try again on the 6th, after the weekend in case they have been closed but, I would have thought they would have had an automated email response if they were closed!! Appalling service!

I emailed about the pewter horse tumbler … as I’m not sure if it has a fault … a mark in the glass. No reply whatsoever … that is poor … could you respond please

Really nicely packaged and the glass was heavy and felt expensive. Bought as a gift for my client, he was over the moon with this product and wants another glass to compliment the other.
