Really quick delivery of this item and nicely gift wrapped. Really interested to see the item when i gave it as a gift and was impressed with the quality of the dogs features. I bought the jack russell salt and pepper pots for my sister's birthday, she just loves jack russels and i'm please to say that she was delighted with them, she loves the attention to detail. For me who purchased the pots I found it difficult to work out the paypal (but i'm a bit of a techno phobe) However, the shop obviously saw this and emailed me to say that they would take a card payment over the phone which was great as I wouldn't have been able to buy them without this service. thanks for quick delivery time too.

The goods were of very nice quality - good detailing and they felt solid and usable. They were exactly as they appear in the picture on your web page. Also, I ordered them very late and you went to particular trouble to ensure that they arrived in time for Christmas, which they did, so I was impressed by your helpfulness and efficiency.

Excellent product - just perfect for our needs. What struck me most about doing business with Arundell Arms was the personal contact with the owners (Tina Fox-Eewards) Although there were a fews issues (two deliveries of the product) they were swiftly sorted and the personal contact made to discuss them and to discuss the purchase was very welcome and would mean that I would return to do business with the Arundell Arms - it is not when things go smoothly that is the true test of an organisation but how they handle issues and this minor issue was dealt with professionally and personally by Tina and that meade the service received outstanding. Excellent service and customer relationship skills! I hope to visit the hotel in the incoming year as I know I wil receive a truely excellent service
What a lovely shop, I have bought the pheasant salmon and the labrador letter openers and they are all of superb quality and make super presents. the seller sent them to me in very quick time and I would have no hesitation with buying from the Arundell Arms again in the future.
This is a lovely design for this adorable Pug. It is well made and looks cute. The slot for the money is positioned at the back of the head, so is not visible from the front or top. An ideal gift for all ages, since it can be displayed on a shelf and it is not outwardly visible from the front that it is a money box.
