I just love Highland Cows and just had to purchase this hat. When the hat arrived it was very small, child size fitting. I contacted Country And Home and an extremely helpful girl called Aly went and tried on remainder stock and found a bigger fitting and I sent the smaller one back. This larger hat arrived and I am delighted with it. I bought the matching hand warmers too. Excellent customer care from Aly, a credit to Country and Home.
