I had an issue with a online woolly hat sizing that arrived with me, and after contacting customer services, Aly came to the rescue. She found a bigger fitting and got it sorted for me. She was wonderful.
Bought the matching hat too. Just love Highland Coes so bought these to match my hat. Just love them.
I just love Highland Cows and just had to purchase this hat. When the hat arrived it was very small, child size fitting. I contacted Country And Home and an extremely helpful girl called Aly went and tried on remainder stock and found a bigger fitting and I sent the smaller one back. This larger hat arrived and I am delighted with it. I bought the matching hand warmers too. Excellent customer care from Aly, a credit to Country and Home.
