I am astounded at how well this bath soak salts works!! I work on a farm, solid all day, and at the end of it I am shattered. I take myself off to have a bath, no other additives, just 1/3 cup Farmer's bath salts, and lay here with a good book. I would normally be like the walking wounded, the next day, absolutely stiff muscles, sore, and suffering. This bath salt works...no aching muscles, and totally refreshed the next day. Fabulous stuff.
